Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Products that are damaged, used, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible for return.
Which Circumstances We Offer Return & Refund:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of placing your order.
- 100% Refund (Return Costs Not Covered): Alternatively, within 30 days of placing your order, if you wish to receive a 100% refund, you may return the product. However, please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will assess its eligibility for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 1–3 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Never Received Items
