At StrideNurture, we offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs: Free Shipping and Fast Shipping.

Currently, we only deliver to locations within the United Kingdom.

We typically ship products within 1-2 business days from when you place your order.

However, for orders exceeding £400, we opt for DHL or Hermes for delivery to provide enhanced service and reliability.

  • Shipping times are calculated based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as order processing, destination, and external circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's journey.

Canceled Orders

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team at support@stridenurture.com before 7:00 PM (GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Kindly include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Contact information

Please note:
We are unable to cancel orders once the package is in transit. If your package is already in transit, we recommend selecting "Reject" when you receive the delivery call for your package. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the cancellation within 1–2 working days.

How to Track Your Package:
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing the tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order directly on our website for added convenience.

In the rare event that your item is lost in transit, please contact us at support@stridenurture.com. We will promptly resolve the issue by either issuing a full refund or reissuing the items to ensure your satisfaction.

I Ordered More Than One Item—Will They All Be Delivered at the Same Time?
We will do our best to ensure all your items arrive together. However, in some cases, products may be shipped separately due to different shipping options being used for specific items. Rest assured, all your items will be delivered as quickly as possible.
